This extremely knowledgeable panel will provide key advice and share their experiences in using CaseLines at Court and beyond. \nModerator: \n\n\n\nStephanie Mills is an e-Discovery & Litigation Case Manager at Cassels. She has extensive experience in civil litigation with an emphasis on intellectual property law\, franchise law\, and class actions. Stephanie specifically offers experience with the management of evidence as it pertains to discovery and trial preparation and recently assisted in such capacity with a multiple-week hearing. In addition\, Stephanie uses cutting edge technology such as Artificial Intelligence and Technology Assisted Review to achieve efficient and successful resolutions for our clients.  \nPanelists: \n\n\n\nAs Manager of Litigation Support & eDiscovery at Gowlings\, Gretel oversees the day to day operations of Gowling WLG’s eDiscovery Management Group providing cost effective\, proportionate and defensible eDiscovery strategies\, advice\, case management and litigation support to Gowling and its clients.   \n\n\n\nAs a member of the Miller Thomson eDiscovery Services group\, Tracy provides electronic evidence and e-trial support at the national level. She uses technology to assist clients in developing strategies to cull data and assist with evidence preservation\, collection and overall document management. \n\n\n\nClare Mauro is a senior member of Tory’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice. Clare specializes in litigation technology and is responsible for the oversight of litigation law clerks and the delivery of ediscovery services at Torys. Clare works closely with our lawyers to develop and implement the best combination of legal processes\, project management and technology to deliver efficient legal services to our clients that reflect Torys’ high quality standard. \n\n\n\nAs an eDiscovery and product specialist at Thomson Reuters in Toronto\, Betty provides consulting to law firms\, corporations\, and litigation departments of various government branches. Acting as a liaison between Thomson Reuters’ sales professionals and customers\, Betty provides extensive knowledge and information to clients regarding Thomson Reuters’ legal solutions.  Betty has over two decades of legal experience working in legal technology and eDiscovery.  She has extensive experience in eDiscovery procedures and project management of large litigation files.
